Review: Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark (2019)

This movie is one of the best I have seen recently.

My rating: 10

 I don't really enjoy similar movies that are just a collection of stories, but in this case, all of the stories are very well thought through, interesting and visually well-done. The tone of the movie is dark and creepy, highlighted mostly by good scene cuts and camera work as well as a great play with shadows hinting on monsters. 

The ending of the film was a bit predictable, but necessary to be done in a way it was so that the movie would make sense. I was not disappointed. 

You will see quite a lot of good ideas, characters and plot. Recommended.
